1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Miami Bar Crawls website (www.miamibarcrawls.com), purchasing tickets, or attending any Miami Bar Crawls event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

All Miami Bar Crawls events are strictly 21+ only. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and will carry a valid government-issued photo ID at all times during the event. Miami Bar Crawls reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age.

3. Ticket Purchases

All sales are final. Miami Bar Crawls does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies. Tickets are purchased through Eventbrite. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Eventbrite's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Miami Bar Crawls is not responsible for technical issues arising from the Eventbrite platform. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Resale of tickets is prohibited.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

Venue changes: Participating venues are subject to change without notice. Miami Bar Crawls will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of significant venue changes. Event cancellations: In the rare event that a Miami Bar Crawls event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered a refund or credit toward a future event at Miami Bar Crawls' discretion. Postponements: If an event is postponed, existing tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued for postponements unless otherwise stated. Rain or shine: All events take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

5. Event Conduct

By attending a Miami Bar Crawls event, you agree to: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations Follow the rules and policies of all participating venues Treat staff, venues, and fellow attendees with respect Not engage in disruptive, aggressive, or illegal behavior Comply with dress code requirements set by individual venues Miami Bar Crawls and participating venues reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund for violating these conduct standards or for any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe.

6. Alcohol & Responsible Consumption

Miami Bar Crawls events involve the consumption of alcohol. By attending, you acknowledge that: You will drink responsibly and within your personal limits You will not drive under the influence of alcohol Miami Bar Crawls encourages the use of designated drivers or rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft Miami Bar Crawls is not responsible for the actions of attendees before, during, or after events Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service to any individual

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

By attending a Miami Bar Crawls event, you acknowledge and agree that: Attendance at nightlife events carries inherent risks Miami Bar Crawls is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property occurring before, during, or after any event Miami Bar Crawls is not liable for the acts or omissions of any participating venue, third-party vendor, or fellow attendee You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miami Bar Crawls, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or participation in any event.

8. Photography & Media Release

By attending a Miami Bar Crawls event, you grant Miami Bar Crawls the right to photograph, film, or record your likeness and to use such materials for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation or prior approval. If you do not consent to being photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.miamibarcrawls.com including text, graphics, logos, images, and event materials is the property of Miami Bar Crawls and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not: Use the website to transmit spam or unsolicited communications Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the website Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website's operation

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
